Tout probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 au processus de pelliculage entra\u00eene des pertes consid\u00e9rables. Souvent, les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s au compoundage sont difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter avant que le produit ne soit utilis\u00e9. Un rouleau en caoutchouc \u00e9tale uniform\u00e9ment l'adh\u00e9sif sur le film. Contrairement au pelliculage \u00e0 sec, le pelliculage sans solvant ne n\u00e9cessite pas d'\u00e9vaporation dans le four.
